- Spring
-The weather usually shuts us
down for most of April. The locals bet on the day the ice melts and Beaver
River can be reached by boat again. Memorial Day is the official
start to the summer season.
- Summer –
Hiking, swimming, water
skiing, fishing, canoeing, camping, wildlife viewing, boating and picnicking
keep everyone busy. It all ends with a long Costume Bar-B-Q Labor Day
Weekend Party.
- Fall
– It is perhaps our most
spectacular season. The trees begin to turn color in mid to late
September. Big Game Hunting Season begins Oct. 23rd. The weather usually
shuts us down by late November until the snows accumulate in late December
and the busy Winter Season begins.
-
Jan–March –
The Norridgewock opens for winter on Dec. 26th. Join us for our New
Year's Eve Party. Weekends are very busy with snowmobilers taking
advantage of our frequently groomed trails. Weekdays are often quite
and x-country skiers enjoy the pristine wilderness.
